Shelby Lee Adams’ Guggenheim Party

In the summer of 2010, the great Shelby Lee Adams was kind enough o invite me down to Hazard County, Kentucky to take part in his celebration of his Guggenheim endowment. On hand were many of the people he had photographed over the years and it was a fantastic time. This is a short film I made while there and although one of my earlier editing experiments, I feel it captures the day really well. It brings back great memories of some very kind and generous people.
